We want you to love your Manka piece. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, under the conditions below.

How to request a return

Raise a return request on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Message us at +91 94066 04223 with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll confirm whether the item is eligible and guide you through the next steps.

Conditions for a return

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging, with the tag and authenticity certificate (if provided) included.
• Energised and personalised or customised items cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, message us right away with a photo or unboxing video, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are sent to your bank account or UPI after the returned item reaches us and passes inspection.

Every Manka product is lab-authenticated and 100% original.
